Back Office Analyst

We are excited to offer a position for a Back Office Analyst in our renowned SKANalytix laboratory, specializing in cutting-edge analytical services. Responsibilities

• Write and review comprehensive analytical reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established protocols
• Collaborate closely with laboratory scientists and technicians to understand complex data and results, translating them into coherent reports
• Review and validate analytical results, verifying that they meet quality control standards and client requirements
• Maintain meticulous records of all data, procedures, and processes involved in report creation and review
• Assist in the continuous improvement of report templates, methodologies, and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to share insights and contribute to problem-solving

Hardskills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in writing and reviewing scientific reports within a laboratory or research setting
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with analytical techniques and instrumentation
• Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage

Softskills

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
