<ul><li>Conduct market research and analysis into industry and technology prospects, gathering information and producing long-lists of potential targets and then applying screening criteria to produce short-lists</li><li>Define and develop Strategic Rationale for M&A projects. Assist others to develop their Strategic Rationale. Present Strategic Rationale to Group's M&A Steering Comittee and Board of Directors</li><li>Engage with targets: preparing pitches to targets, manage NDAs, drafting LOI, liaision with owners and managers at target companies</li><li>Create M&A investment proposals: from financial, strategic and risk perspectives. Critically evaluate the Investment Proposals created within our Divisions</li><li>Smooth running of live M&A projects:, organizing legal and financial due diligence, legal contracting, etc. There is not an in-house team to provide these deal services, and instead external advisors are frequently used, based from the location of the transaction and the incumbent will manage the services of these advisors</li><li>Create and critique Integration Plans, and monitor their successful implementation.</li><li>Undertake Post-Invesment-Appraisals</li><li>Monitor and maintain portfolio analysis of the Group-wide funnel of M&A opportunities and projects, and present of a regular basis</li></ul>
<ul><li>University degree followed by professional qualification with highly recognized finance body</li><li>Experience in either bank/M&A boutique or Industrial Group (within an internal M&A function)</li><li>Ideally with experience in manufacturing/industral areas with some international exposure</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to M&A activities</li><li>Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul><br><ul><li>Strong link to Moovimenta's Core Values</li><li>Resilience and results-orientation</li><li>Strong, engaging and convincing communicator in an international and interdisciplinary environment</li><li>Strength in data analysis</li></ul>
