QA Manager Pharmacy (m/f/d)
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, perform internal and external GDP audits
- Selection / Qualification of GDP related suppliers
- Coordinate, preparation of HA Inspection
- Perform Shipment Release
- Implement and support on Quality Risk Management approach and tools
- Optimize the pharmaceutical systems, assessing and improving when required procedures, systems, quality tools
- Process owner of Change Control and Complaint processes
- Manage the Change Control Committee
- Management of GDP related Quality Agreement
- Maintain and monitor KPI
- Manage and maintain the revisions/compilations of QS Documents (e.g.POL,SOPs)
- Training and support of all departments for GMP topics
- Keep track on new regulatory guidelines and implement them together with the QA Team
Who you are:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or professional equivalence
- At least 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance GMP/GDP in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent knowledge in GDP
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Flexible and structured team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and a problem-solving approach
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
