Responsibilities
- You will be part of the SKAN laboratories group
- In the frame of your activities, you would conduct thorough equipment qualification and requalification processes
- In compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Manage equipment calibration, ensuring accuracy and reliability for precise laboratory operations
- Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime
- Address and manage deviations by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing future occur-rences
- Lead change control initiatives, assessing the impact of equipment changes and ensuring proper documentation
Hardskills
- Strong background in equipment qualification and requali-fication processes within a regulated environment, prefer-ably GMP
- Proficiency in calibration procedures and practices to maintain equipment accuracy
- Experience in risk analysis methodologies to proactively address potential issues
- Familiarity with managing documentation, including FORMs and SOPs, to ensure compliance
- Expertise in planning and scheduling equipment mainte-nance activities for uninterrupted operations
- Knowledge of change control processes and their imple-mentation in a laboratory setting
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-making
- Fluent German & in English (spoken & written)
Softskills
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address devia-tions and implement effective corrective actions
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex equipment schedules and documentation
