 Responsibilities 

  • You will be part of the SKAN laboratories group
  • In the frame of your activities, you would conduct thorough equipment qualification and requalification processes
  • In compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Manage equipment calibration, ensuring accuracy and reliability for precise laboratory operations
  • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime
  • Address and manage deviations by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing future occur-rences
  • Lead change control initiatives, assessing the impact of equipment changes and ensuring proper documentation

 

 Hardskills 

  • Strong background in equipment qualification and requali-fication processes within a regulated environment, prefer-ably GMP
  • Proficiency in calibration procedures and practices to maintain equipment accuracy
  • Experience in risk analysis methodologies to proactively address potential issues
  • Familiarity with managing documentation, including FORMs and SOPs, to ensure compliance
  • Expertise in planning and scheduling equipment mainte-nance activities for uninterrupted operations
  • Knowledge of change control processes and their imple-mentation in a laboratory setting
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-making
  • Fluent German & in English (spoken & written)

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address devia-tions and implement effective corrective actions
