Interim Financial Analyst (Project Controlling)
Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a highly complex and project-driven environment. Due to increased business demands, they are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong financial modelling and controlling expertise for an initial assignment of up to 9 months.
Manage month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
Perform project controlling and analyse project financial performance
Develop and maintain complex financial models for customer proposals and business cases
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, and project teams
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance systems and reports
Utilise SAP and reporting tools to drive financial analysis and performance tracking
Lead end-to-end finance activities in a dynamic environment
Build impactful financial models supporting strategic bids
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering, or project controlling
Strong background in month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Proven experience building sophisticated financial models in Excel
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong SAP experience; knowledge of SAP BW and Power BI is advantageous
Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable performing in a fast-paced and evolving environment
