The Senior Project Manager, Client Services Distribution leads all aspects of leadership and is responsible for the actions of project managers and project support associates. You will work closely to guarantee the timely and flawless delivery of clinical supplies projects and successfully implement processes to improve efficiency. While you will not coordinate day-to-day project activities, you will lead all aspects of your team’s client portfolio, ensuring outstanding client happiness and consistent business delivery.

Develop, mentor, and conduct yearly evaluations for Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, and Project Support Associates. Direct the selection of projects and clients managed by the project management team, ensuring accurate and consistent delivery of customer projects.
Provide assistance for customer issues advanced by Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
Address all personnel issues, timecard maintenance, and job descriptions for support associates.
Provide regular training, including system and SOP training.
5-7 years of experience supporting project management teams.
~ 2 years of management experience.
~ Proven experience managing teams and working with customers in dynamic environments.
~ Proficient in using company SOPs and Quality standards.
~ Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
