Senior Project Manager Production & Installation

Ready to take the lead on high-profile aviation projects? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager Production & Installation (PRIN) to drive complex aircraft completions, refurbishment, and research projects. In this role, you’ll oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless execution of production and installation tasks while managing workflow, schedules, costs, and risks.

Your mission

• Own the PRIN project scope: Coordinate all related PRIN related activities, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Manage additional work requests: Assess technical, financial, and scheduling impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Improve communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison for the internal Project Manager: Oversee all PRIN related communication and interfaces while advocating for PRIN department interests with general management, production, and central functions.
• Optimize workflow, efficiency, and risk management across projects.
• Organize and lead project meetings: Ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
• Manage subcontracting efforts: Oversee external work to maintain quality and efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Project management expertise (PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA and/or FAA).
• Fluent in English (German and/or French is an advantage).
• Proven expertise in managing complex production and installation projects in the aviation industry.
• Ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling high-profile projects while managing risks, costs, and schedules effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for working in an international setting.
